Matcha Smoothie

Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 Teaspoons of Matcha Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
  • 8 oz of whole organic Milk or Milk-substitutes
  • 1 organic banana frozen
  • 2 Teaspoons of Chia seeds

This Matcha recipe has it all full of fat, sweetness, energy, greens, and fiber to keep you full! Fills two 12 oz glasses this is enough to share.
